Hope in the Dark
Even in the deepest night,
when the world feels heavy and unkind,
hope still breathesāquiet, patientā
waiting to be found.
It flickers like a distant star,
small, but stubborn against the dark,
reminding us that shadows exist
only because light still matters.
There are moments when strength feels gone,
when tears speak louder than words,
yet hope wraps itself around the heart
and whispers, āYouāre still here.ā
Every step forward, no matter how slow,
is proof that darkness does not win.
Every breath, every sunrise endured,
is an act of courage unseen.
So hold on through the long nights,
through the cracks and broken piecesā
because even then, especially then,
hope is growing roots within you.
And one day, without warning,
the light will feel closer than the pain,
and youāll realize you were never lostā
you were becoming stronger all along.
