There are days when it feels so lost, the shadows and the lingering dark feels home.The noises within you feel a lot intensified than the traffic around your cab. And you just numbly roll your eyes to the sky above and wish the stars could maybe give you maps to end this melancholy. You trace the known paths and it feels to erase those haunting memories the sidewalks of those streets carry.The frosting snow drawing figures of him with ocean eyes and all you could wish is to mouth flames. The hot showers never ease the ache of those scars which have been tattooed onto your bare skin with his filthy deeds. You scrub hard across those marks and your skin rips open to spell his name in your poetries. You wish the movie scenes to end with a happy endings just because yours never did. You lose hope for the prince charming heading his way to you with a white horse. The hangouts with your besties never really calms your tired heart which has been ripped in pieces but those tiny atoms still linger around his name. The last wish you make is to come back alive through this terrifying dream or maybe a reality.
