1. Tea or coffee?

Coffee totally with two splashes of whole milk and 3 packets of splenda in a 12 oz cup. Hmm.

2. Favourite blend of previous

Eight O'Clock coffee--it's a brand, but don't know the blend. I've seen some Internet contests that peg that one as the best. Simple name, but delicious.

3. A TV series that you wish you could live in

Star Trek: Voyager, of course. I'd be the historian, take holovids of the beautiful Captain and a certain ex-Borg, yuk it up with Tom Paris; write fanfic, er, I mean the official histories.

4. What would you name a country if you owned one?

The Republic of Arachis, which is the genus name for the humble but noble peanut, and where peanut butter is the official food.

5. If you could have a pet anything (including inanimate objects, people, mythical creatures etc.), what would it be and what would it’s favourite genre of music be?

Despite his benign name, Nibbles the gryphon would be a ferocious guardian of me and all that is good in the world. With his beak and eagle eyes, he would be the one preying on the so-called predators of children, elderly and tamed animals. He would use his mighty claws to eliminate war, for starters. All of this would be done while he listened to 80s pop music. (He'd be singing Funkytown. Totally.)

6. Would you travel backwards or forwards in time if you somehow had that ability?

Forwards, totally. Backwards would mean awful women's health care, rights, etc. etc.

7. Do you use British or American spelling and grammar?

Usually American spelling and grammar unless I misspell it and then it's British. Just kidding. It's American because I'm too lazy to add all the extra u's, as in favourite. ;) Final answer: American because that's how I roll.

8. Phobias?

Snakes. I cannot express to you enough how terrified I am of snakes. Having pix of snakes in your feed is one good way to get me to unfollow you. I hate them and they give me nightmares every time! I should move to Ireland.

9. If you could alter any event in history, a) would you? b) what event would it be?

Yes, I would alter history to make sure the Roman Empire never fell. I know, I know, the fall eventually led to the renaissance and the age of enlighenment but imagine all of the stories that could be written, not to mention all of the movies that would be new!

10. A quality you look for in a friend or a partner

Sense of humor. There's nothing worse than a stick in the mud.

11. Romantic partner, travelling partner or partner in crime?

All 3. I want them all in one person though.

I has to be addressed one way or another: whether it's her PTSD resurfacing a bit and her talking about it or her accepting the fact that it's been enough and that she deserves more...God I love that woman. The things they've already put her thru..ugh

I know this sounds weird, but I think (hope) she'll be ok: scared, freaked out yes, but different than last time. But..I do think that this might be the escape she needs and that at the end of the season she'll move on to other things, another dpt maybe?
