tma/tme is literally exactly the same as amab/afab. because while technically "amab" includes cis men, who are part of "tme", these terms are literally never applied to cisgender people and are pretty fucking useless when applied to cis people. oh that cis person was assigned their current gender at birth? go figure. oh that cis person doesn't experience transmisogyny? no way!
so the only people these terms can possibly apply to with any kind of distinct meaning is transgender people, and among transgender people "tma/tme" is literally synonymous with "amab/afab", meaning it only serves as a way to reduce trans people to our genitals and dismissing them if they have the wrong genitals, which is exactly the kind of thing we're supposed to be fighting against, not embracing so we can circlejerk about being the world's most miserable minority by telling people who've been treated as women under patriarchy their whole lives to sit down shut up and let the real trannies do the feminism.
