neither? i generally do not have the time nor energy to do more than 3 replies at a time. i also don’t ever use my queue unless i’m going on vacation where i don’t have access to my laptop.
Is there any kind of muse, you cannot play?
this is horrible but i can’t really play 100% explicitly stated as canonically heterosexual. also, i do have trouble keeping female muses unless i really connect to them on a personal level. oh, and bland good guy type characters that never goes outside the lines or break the law even when push comes to shove. or the ultimate evil bad guy, absolutely no redemption whatsoever. i don’t do well with black and white.

the memory of his last night in mystic falls replayed in his mind on what felt like a constant loop throughout the last five years. he remembered her voice, the sadness in her eyes, the way she said she loved him and that she thought she’d made the wrong choice with damon-- the way she then agreed when he suggested she may have just been saying those things out of fear. he didn’t regret giving her the space she needed. both elena and damon were better off if he was out of the picture. but he regretted the way he handled things. the promise that they’d keep in touch, that he’d return to mystic falls, it was a lie. he kept tabs on her at first, curious as to whether she missed him at all or made any changes with damon, but when he realized she may have been happy, happier without him even, stefan just dropped it. if she could move forward then why couldn’t he?
and so he did. or, at least he did his best to. italy, spain, a small town in portugal, california, washington, and eventually new york city-- stefan made his way around the parts he’d always wanted to see or return to, hoping his experiences would make up for the guilt that settled deep within him after leaving the woman he loved. and it worked, at times. like that night, he sat across his date, a beautiful, educated woman he’d met a few weeks back at a museum. she wasn’t elena, she’d never be her, but she was serving as a decent distraction. his gaze shifted from his date, just quick enough to spot her. it wasn’t possible though-- was it? “you...uh, excuse me, i’ll be right back,” he smirked at his date, not caring at all that he was dodging her for the woman that stood just outside the restaurant.
“elena?” he called out, hoping desperately that his eyes had deceived him and it was just someone who looked painfully like her instead.
