When you don't see a transformation....take a 📸! I started this difficult journey in January this year and it had been the most difficult thing to stick to. ANYTHING that is worth it will be difficult! I have never had as much energy as I do now and on top of it all I've lost inches!!!!! 87 to be exact!! 🙌🙌🙌 I honestly thought that this was a waste of time but after I was encouraged to look at pictures from the last several month's...I am just completely BLOWN AWAY! 87 INCHES!!!! That is almost an entire person! My health and wellness are taking priority. I am definitely not where I want to be...BUT I will get there...it is just going to take time. Let me coach you!!
