14. How do they put out a candle? (All)
If Darlyn lit candles he'd prefer to let them go out on their own.
Amadis will use the tips of their fingers to put one out or cover it, and Inara just simply blows them out.
34. How do they greet someone they like / love? (Amadis)
I think Amadis tolerates more than they really “like” anyone — that being said, they typically go in for a handshake and a silent nod, or a simple hello. Silence is a little more fitting which tends to be a bit uncomfortable for the people greeting them. How they greet their parents is more respectful but never really intimate and that comes from both sides. For Inara, the way they greet her depends entirely on her and if they're able to gauge (which they typically can’t) how she's feeling in that particular moment given how new their intimacy is. I do like to imagine subtle touches between them in greeting, Amadis lightly grazing the small of her back or her fingers to see if she'll reach out for more, or murmuring a soft "hi" or pet name and waiting for a sign or permission that they can reach for her.
51. What’s a phrase they say a lot? (Amadis)
This is kind of a funny ask to get for Amadis of all people because they don't really.. have much to say, if anything the intimidation that's often felt when trying to speak to them or be near them in general comes from their silence. Some of the things they do say are force of habit type responses and it’s only around their parents, more so their mother. They have a lot more ticks than they do "phrases", and I think those ticks along with some of their body language says more than any words can.
