i mean yes she was bluffing, that was a given, the thing is it’s not a good bluff. she wouldn’t be able to get his whole family banished for something he did. Exile is for their worst criminals so maybe maybe she’d be able to get him Exiled but his whole family? i don’t think so.

now getting his whole family banished on the other hand that would be simple they don’t seem to have a problem with banishing children, so a whole innocent family isn’t a stretch
