Piccola storiella del quotidiano

Questa mattina dopo l'immancabile caffè, prima di iniziare a riordinare in casa, ho preso tra le mani il mazzo di carte dell'Oracolo Cinese che non toccavo da tempo, un piccolo mazzo di carte che mi piace davvero tanto, ricco di immagini molto suggestive e colorate. Ho pensato di provare da rimescolare il mazzo e pescare una carta per avere un'idea delle mie energie in questo periodo, ed è uscita la bellissima carta che vedete qui sopra a sinistra: Il Saggio.

Una carta molto bella, sia nell'immagine che nel significato, è molto simile al "nostro" Imperatore, sia come iconografia che come significato. Ottimo mi son detto, avanti tutta allora, così sia.

Nel pomeriggio, nel pieno dei lavori domestici, apro  un piccolo scrigno di legno per far prendere aria alle mie carte di legno, volevo disporle all'aria aperta per farle respirare, come è giusto per oggetti in legno prendere aria e vedere la luce, anche se tagliato e lavorato il legno conserva sempre qualcosa "di vivo".  Le stesse persiane delle nostre case, se sono in legno, hanno la tendenza ad incurvarsi verso la luce del Sole.

Nel disporre le carte, me ne scivola una e cade in terra. Bisogna sempre fare attenzione alle carte che cadono o escono "per caso" dal mazzo, non è mai casualità, ma sempre un messaggio, un indizio da tenere in considerazione... e guarda caso che carta è caduta proprio "accidentalmente" ?  ..... L'Imperatore !  Praticamente la versione occidentale del Saggio Cinese.

Anche dopo anni di studio sulle carte, mi soprendono sempre questi piccoli accadimenti che in altri periodI avrei giudicato assolutamente casuali, semplici coincidenze. Ma quando le coincidenze si ripetono una dopo l'altra... allora il pensiero logico non può che farne una deduzione univoca: le coincidenze non esistono! Il Caso non esiste, ma un'energia invisibile muove tutto in un flusso di accadimenti senza soluzione di continuità. 

Questo non significa che è già tutto rigidamente predestinato, penso piuttosto che gli accadimenti, in tutte le dimensioni, vanno in una certa direzione, come la corrente di un fiume, e noi siamo nel mezzo di questa corrente, dotati del nostro libero arbitrio: possiamo lasciarci trasportare da questa corrente, o cercare di guadagnare la riva, od anche remare contro ... con quali risultati poi non so, ma possiamo. 

Possiamo lottare contro il nostro destino? Meglio non cercar risposte, ma sempre e solo nuove domande...

This morning after the inevitable coffee, before starting to tidy up the house, I took in my hands the deck of Chinese Oracle cards that I hadn't touched for a long time, a small deck of cards that I really like, full of very suggestive and colorful images. I thought I'd try to shuffle the deck and draw a card to get an idea of ​​my energy in this period, and the beautiful card you see above on the left came out: The Wise Man.

A very beautiful card, both in image and meaning, it is very similar to "our" Emperor, both in iconography and meaning. Excellent I said to myself, full steam ahead then, so be it.

In the afternoon, in the midst of housework, I open a small wooden chest to let my wooden cards get some air, I wanted to place them in the open air to let them breathe, as is right for wooden objects to get some air and see the light, even if cut and worked, wood always retains something "alive". The same shutters of our houses, if they are made of wood, have a tendency to bend towards the sunlight.

While laying out the cards, one slips and falls to the ground. You always have to pay attention to the cards that fall or come out "by chance" from the deck, it is never chance, but always a message, a clue to take into account… and guess what card fell "accidentally"? ….. The Emperor! Practically the Western version of the Chinese Sage.

Even after years of studying the cards, these little events always surprise me that in other periods I would have judged absolutely random, simple coincidences. But when coincidences repeat one after the other… then logical thinking can only make a univocal deduction: coincidences do not exist! Chance does not exist, but an invisible energy moves everything in a flow of events without interruption.

This does not mean that everything is already rigidly predestined, I think rather that events, in all dimensions, go in a certain direction, like the current of a river, and we are in the middle of this current, endowed with our free will: we can let ourselves be carried by this current, or try to reach the shore, or even row against … with what results then I do not know, but we can.

Can we fight against our destiny? Better not to look for answers, but always and only new questions …
