This is the beginning of your relationship.. I bet she still laughs at your jokes and is so supportive of every little decision you make. I bet her eyes sparkle when you walk into the room, and she tells you all the time she wants you. I bet you guys even sneak away every once and awhile just to kiss and be all over each other. I bet she holds you so close at night you feel her heartbeat on your back..I bet she kisses you with all the passion you could believe is in one person. That’s great. 

Just know, that one day.. She will stop. She will argue about how she doesn't think you’re making the right decision and how hers are better. She will roll her eyes instead of laugh at your jokes. She will barley kiss you unless you ask for it and then you won’t even want it. She will stop holding your hand and start high fiving you, she will look right past you even if you change your hair or bought a new outfit. You’ll talk and she wont listen. You will stop getting to be the little spoon.. maybe even stop cuddling all together. You will crave attention so bad that you cry at night. She won’t care, she will yell at you for always nagging her to “be the “touchy feely” person she’s not” when she fooled you at the start. You’ll figure out that you can put 110% into making her feel better and being there for her and she wont even put in 1/3 of that on you. She will blame every fight on you so you feel like you have to apologize every.single.time. 

Maybe she will even find another girl and not tell you about her, go and see her when you’re not around, talk to her behind your back. Eventually you will lose her to that girl and not be given any explanation as to why you weren’t good enough for her. 

While you were the girl I lost her to, the one who took her away from me because you were selfish and miserable... I don’t wish any of this on you, and I hope you realize she’s got a lot to go before she can EVER love someone.. Get out while you can. 

And I hope you can get over it fast like I did. Now I am thankful that I was able to escape from the toxicity that makes up her body.. I have detoxed myself and I can breathe again, laugh again.. I am able to enjoy talking to someone who doesn’t make my heart hurt and my blood boil.
