Copied from a photo that’s why the water looks so great

Caption I want an image, an idea that takes all of my available resources to create. I want the end resut to leave nothing more than myself and this thing, alone in an empty room, an empty house, an empty world. I'm not sure what this image is, yet. It could take five minutes, it could take an entire lifetime of work, to make. I want to leave a mark on the world so intense, so dazzling, that it will touch someone in such a way that their whole life will be torn from the quiet computer desk and launched into space, amidst the stars and planets too huge to imagine, and this person will hover alone, in their own atmosphere, and take in the universe, and the whole concept will be so amazing that a tiny whisper of amazement will be the loudest and most beautiful thing they have ever heard. We are all this person: We all want to create something beautiful. If I can't achieve something this beautiful, why create? I want to shout; to let every emotion and feeling become its own entity and engulf me as I become a shooting star and hurtle back to the Earth as quickly as I came. I don't land with a noise, I land with an(sic) feeling. Emptiness. Freedom. Everything has been released and I am new. A clean slate. An empty canvas that waits until a masterpiece is crafted onto its very being.

Just home from a weeklong cruise on my high school bff's yacht. (Along with four other girlfriends)We made our way from Seattle to Victoria, BC. My first trip to Canada was so fantastic. From island to island, harbour to harbour, our days were lazy ones, filled with meandering through farmers markets and antique shops in quaint and charming little coastal towns. The sky stayed blue, the weather cool, a respit from this Carolina heat. The food, we ate high off the hog. Charceutetie, fresh fruit, hummus, blue cheese filled olives scones, pitchers of margaritas and sangria, morning coffee on the aft deck, and a different town and restaurant at night. Ending our days on the top deck under the stars.
