like ok i keep thinking about this still from thats my floor-true blue has a new disc, the change has overtaken her and shes been given a facisimile of what should be her reward-both glittering wings (a mark of maturity in insects) and a golden cape complete with firey collar and a place at the podium (status, recognition, and admiration in the human world) but its not true. the wings stay on for a minute but they come off just as quickly because for true blue this isnt right for her. sacrificing everything about your previous self will not lead you to happiness or give you fulfillment. relying on what someone elses ideal image for you is will not make your future a happy one-its something you have to decide for yourself
