This one right here! Phase Three makes some good IPAs, but this is on an entirely different level! I nearly missed it when I mistook it for a standard Pixel Density at first glance, but I will definitely want to go and snag some more of this triple dry hopped Citra bomb; Also - it finally warmed up enough to get outside again! 17°F is a heatwave after what we have gone through here in Wisconsin! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pours thick, frothy orange juice. Dense snow white cap. Aroma is melons, oranges, and a haze of dank weed. On the tongue, overripe honeydew, fresh oranges, and sticky weed resins. Decent alcohol burn, medium bodied, pillowy soft, and a commendable bitter pine finish. (05/28/22)... It's the long Memorial holiday weekend and apparently National Burger Day! Tonight's elixir is this beer given by a friend from one of his many work journeys: Goose Island Beer Co. "2019 Bourbon County Brand Stout" 14.7% ABV - Black chocolate color, strong bourbon maple sweet aroma, high body, strong bourbon chocolate maple vanilla flavor, mouthfeel finish, and lingering bourbon chocolate oak aftertaste. Paired with a Smokehouse Brisket Burger, a Scorpion Gourmet Burger, and some steak fries from @RedRobinBurgers. Drank and dined while watching @Disney & @Pixar "Turning Red" on blu-ray.
