Q&A
Do I have to reuse my old OC form? [Past Mayday!Heyday and Spill The Tea! Participants]
No! You are free to submit a new one. If you don't have the old form available and would like to copy parts of it, I can access the file for you. However, you can also re-do it from scratch.
I am not sure if I will have enough information to work with an OC.
If you wanted to make an OC work, but came across any missing information, you can reach out to us. We will ask your giftee for clarification.
If it turns out that you can't work with the submitted OCs, that is fine too. We do not guarantee that any OC works will be created during the event.
I mentioned Midnight Cinderella, because many old time players still love it and I wanted to bring awareness to this game.
Please, please, please, if you were a MidCin player and feel comfortable working with the characters, do list them! If you have MidCin friends -- it is a huge favour to ask, but do let them know about us! We want to accommodate as many Ikemen games as possible, but given the general content of our blogs (and spam concerns), it isn't always easy to reach the players of the older titles.
If we can give you a chance to work with a MidCin chara, we will.
Would you assign someone a request from a game they haven't played and/or expressed interest in writing for that game?
No! During the sign-ups we ask for your preferences regarding preparing a gift, which includes selecting all the characters that you are willing to work with.
Other information we ask about includes what you plan to prepare (art or writing) or your preferences regarding creating OC works. We also leave a space for you to let us know about anything else you may consider necessary, e.g. tropes you are unwilling to work with or don't feel confident in.
Gifter-giftee pairs will be created with all that information in mind.
Napoleon bending you over his bed, your sock covered feet slipping on the floor below as he *cough* engages in stress relief. So… once he notices the little attempt to stay up right and - well - on the bed, he can’t help but give you the tools to support yourself. He would rage wars for you but at the end of the day he is more focused on building you up than coddling you.
You can feel the weight of his smirk and the chill of his boot against your heel, allow you to use him as an anchor of stability. Always a pillar he is. He can’t just let you struggle too helplessly - especially since you’re being just sooooo good for him. His hand travels up your outer thigh, warm and calloused, his gentle fingers dipping to trace the curve of your spine to your ear.
His pace slows and a shaky breath leaves his pleasure parted lips. “…Napoleon?” You question, tongue feeling fat in your mouth and your mind swimming through rivers of wanton heat. You try to push yourself up to glance at the suddenly quiet Napoleon. You don’t make it very far as the next moment your cheek is flat against the cloud like duvet disturbed and wrinkled by the friction of your bodies. His hand grips the back of your neck, trapping you, subduing you… exciting you. The air in the room shifts. It grows cold around the edges. The weight of Napoleon’s hand feels different now - it is still gentle, yes, but the intention guiding the hand morphs.
Suddenly you feel like prey.
“Napoleon.” You say with more strength in your voice.
“Nunuche.” He answers, voice like velvet and temptation.
You try to squirm and catch him in your gaze again. His grip tightens.
Now he can’t help but chuckle. The sound rumbles in his chest, bouncing around his ribcage, and settles, spilling from his lips like warmed honey. “Stubborn thing.”

Maybe some of you noticed, but last year, I decided to drop my annual fanart for Charles birthday. I needed some time for myself, to think if my heart was still up to do all this, every single years, and guess what? I really missed it, it became so natural to me to draw Charles at least once a year, at least for that day, that it became MY time for myself. I usually don't express myself that much on social medias, but I felt like I could on this tumblr post: liking a character to that extent may seems weird to some people. "What can a fictional character do for you?" And each time I'm thinking about it, comfort is the answer. For some people, a cup of tea, a movie in the evening or a walk outside is what's giving them a moment to get together again, but after that year without my annual drawing, I now realiwed this was my way of coming together with myself.
Once again I'm happy I got into Ikemen Series, that I got into Ikemen Vampire, and that, although I'm done playing those games, I'm happy for the memories it had given me, through the community, through the characters.
