Magdalena Bay landed in their home town on Saturday night to a raucous IIIPoints crowd. The band has been sprinting around the world touring while also releasing a pair of double singles - "Second Sleep" / "Star Eyes" and "Human Happens" / "Paint Me A Picture" - in recent months.
Mica and Matthew presented their beautiful world via a 10 song set at IIIPoints. "Death & Romance" was thunderous. "Vampire in the Corner" was groovy. "That's My Floor" never fails to ignite the atmosphere. Magdalena Bay is incredible.
The band finishes up by their US tour this weekend in DC and Philadelphia. They play New Years Eve in Denver and they tour Europe starting in February.
