He couldn’t believe this. He thought he was dreaming, but nope every thing was in place. Going through the same motions as last time, Izuku made his plan:

Drop off Isona at Inko’s (He had been so hurt after the discovery, neither deserved the emotional distress again)

Confront Katsuki ( this time without the heavy tears or the broken glass)

Tell Isona the truth (Hiding it only strained her relationships with both parents)

Find Iida (and hopefully they can fall in love again.)

As Izuku sat in his car, he prepared himself for the incoming argument ( and for the second goodbyes).

“Isona, I have some errands to run, so you have to stay with Grandma”
