Like the 1st EVER! Now some FACTS (of life): I'm 47 years old. I was born right around Hip Hop, but in The City Of Angels aka Los(t) Angles aka L.A.C.. I've had fun on my youth and some in my adulthood. But now there's things you just gotta maintain under the hood of A.S.K.. and YOU. Like: Prostate (Can We Just Cuddle After), EKG (What That SOUND mean), Bloodwork (You Da Man Jeff), Ultrasound (Hey That Tickles), Sleep Studies (How I Mess Up Sleeping), Podiatrist Visits + Scans (Wait, What You Mean Soft Cast) and A Colonoscopy (Please Give Me Footage For The Gram). Oh, and this has just been my last 3 weeks. But I thank @uclahealth × #BlueCross × @tankinchen for making it all happen, but why yall deny my Annestesia? Guess I'll be paying that, cause aint no way I coulda did that without THAT #NightyNight . And Props to JEFF, LISA and CHRISTYLE for the help and setup for my GRAND Colonoscopy of 2020. Happy to report: NO cancer, NO polyps, NO Ventricle Irregularities - all to the good! Now its just me and #DasBoot for the next 10wks inside my house and the lace-up boot for them streets, and it ain't my driving foot - so YAY! So.... men AND women, since we on lockdown, get yoself checked up top and bottom and all around. We got the time. And do it before the new year! We need to survive 2020. Oh yeah...
