Oh my god, I just realized how easy it is to draw hooked noses. Like draw a line and put a curve somewhere in the section of the line that's between the eyes. People making them out as a challenge to learn feels so silly. Hell, it's not that hard to simplify it into cartoony art styles either.
For an example of a stylized hooked nose in a cartoony/anime style, Rose of Versailles' Louis XVI is not that bad
It's also not super hard to vary hooked noses between characters. If you don't mind me being egotistical, here's some examples of my own hooked nosed characters; both drawn in my current art style and my old, more cartoony one:
If you're still stuck, here's the usual art advice: go study and look at references! Yes, that's very common IK, but it still applies for noses too. Trace if you have to, even.
So yeah, give your OCs hooked noses or otherwise draw more hooked nosed characters
