Ohh Fish!!! . . Haleem started as an alternative to full meal in 1930's. The concept ofFish Haleem is not unique to Hyderabad. I have seen them.serving in earlier Eid too. However today, I was invited by @thefoodglanzer to try the #IftarMenu of @oceansbasket I was quite thrilled. . . This was the first time I was part of an Iftar gathering and I was quite lucky to see the rituals my Muslim friends follow to break their roza. Once the fast was broken, we were served fresh fruits & dates. The Dahi Vada served was quite different than what I had in usual chat centers. The highlight of everything was their fish Haleem, prepared from Murrell and Basa the haleem tasted no different and wasn't smelly too (Those who worry about the fish smell). Topped with some Prawn 65 with a dash of life, it enhanced the experience. . . Fiah Haleem is available everyday evening at ₹169 and ₹189 (topped with Prawns 65) is a #mustry.
