I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer as a Guest Assistant at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, where I worked closely with high-profile filmmakers, including directors and actors. My role was to ensure they had a seamless experience throughout the festival, acting as their primary point of contact for any logistical or hospitality needs.
From coordinating schedules to troubleshooting last-minute challenges, I was at the heart of the festival’s dynamic environment. Whether it was making sure a director arrived at their screening on time or handling unexpected requests with discretion and efficiency, I thrived in the fast-paced setting. Communicating across teams and anticipating needs, I helped bridge the gap between filmmakers, festival organizers, and various stakeholders to ensure everything ran smoothly.
This experience strengthened my ability to manage high-pressure situations, problem-solve on the go, and provide top-tier support to professionals in a high-profile setting.
