Little #mondaymotivation and tip. Iโve been growing my upper mid chest which is my biggest problem area for me. Try single arm cable flyes. The motion of the pec muscle is horizontal adduction. Single arm allows for your hand to cross midline over to the opposite shoulder allowing a fuller contraction of the pec. Give it a shot next time youโre about to do cable flyes ๐ช๐ผ
