ok like so this is an idea i had i think about a year ago and i talked to gia about it and we Discussed things together. it all comes from this naturally

because unfortunately nothing goes harder than jericho sleep token.

the idea is similar to that of blood in the water my aaronriko au that is ironically kind of dead in the water (mostly, as much as any of my wips are dead). but basically aaron gets convicted for killing drake and sentenced to 20 years in jail for second degree murder. after, people are allowed to come say goodbye before he gets taken away, and the people who come to see him are abby, wymack, kevin and nicky. andrew, notably, absent. the last person who comes to see aaron is ichirou who offers him a deal: serve his sentence outside of jail working instead for ichirou, or have his charge re evaluated to first degree murder and get the death penalty. long story short i think aaron winds up as the new butcher? ichirou needs people he can control easily, as well as another way to keep neil in line (more effective if he'd picked the other twin but yk)

neil did become part of it at some point, i think he did something and ichirou kidnapped him? as a warning? and aaron was there and there was two confusion and yeah it was wack. i should return to it actually

UPDATE: I was always bothered a lil bit how his face looks in this, and I finally figured it out; his further eye was a tiny bit too small and didn't look propotional to the other in relation to the angle of his head.

Been having a shitty day, and since my friend ALSO ended up having a bad one, I decided to just draw one of her favorites from my characters.

Ichirou

• Being an Omega doesn't stop him from trying to caretaker his brothers like a mother hen. No matter what dynamic they are (but especially if they're Omegas too), he can't make his brain stop insisting that they need to be protected. As a result, Ichirou tends to run himself a little ragged. He takes too much responsibility on himself, neglecting his own needs, and the internal consequences are miserable. He feels like he's not allowed to be the one who gets looked after, since it's always been the other way around.

• He puts out a much more commanding presence than many would expect. Ichirou is used to taking charge and making things happen, so he's hit a point where he assumes he's going to do everything for himself. It's safer to take things into his own hands than rely on someone else to help him, so even though it's instinctively distressing to make himself the leader... what choice does he have? Everyone's happier when he's reliable.

Jirou

• He's the definition of the "airheaded Omega" stereotype... while somehow still being as aggressive as an Alpha is expected to be. Jirou likes to assume he's fine on his own, that he's just as capable of handling things as his big brother, and that he's immune to the same neediness Saburou displays. This is not the case. While he manages to get by with impulsive choices and a whole lot of blustering, he never feels safer than when Ichirou (or someone else he trusts) decides to take over and look after him.

• Socially, he's kind of needy. Jirou himself doesn't really realize it, but he tends to seek out attention in whatever form he can get it. He likes to feel wanted and important, and while he's not as competitive as Saburou, he still has a bad tendency of being a little too desperate to be noticed. All of his showing off boils down to a strong desire for someone to want him, and the more unfortunate behaviors come out when he feels neglected.

Saburou

• Needs so much attention, and gets prickly and spiteful if he doesn't get it. While he won't outwardly admit it, Saburou is a little ball of jealousy who seethes if he sees others getting what he wants. Jirou bears the brunt of this, with Saburou getting increasingly vicious when his brother is too far in the spotlight. Being ignored makes him feel tense and agitated, and he's not above (often subconsciously) playing himself up as the cute, sweet, brilliant Omega to try to keep people's attention on him.
