Ingredients: 2 cups diced peaches. 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a blender, combine diced peaches, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into ice pop molds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. To release popsicles from molds, run under warm water for a few seconds.
