All time fave! Matcha Green Tea Ice blended... It balanced the flavor of EBC's cheese pimiento... I love it! I preferred the matcha at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf because it is creamy and does not have a bitter aftertaste. I've tried other matcha ice blended from other cafes, and I can taste how strong their matcha is, leaving a bitter aftertaste. Naturally, I had to decide on what to order... Then the guy in queue behind me butted in & told the staff "Miss, pwede pakibilis ng order ang tagal kasi magorder eh". The staff apologized immediately & I could sense that she was a bit tensed as she punched my order & gave me the queueing coaster & receipt. I didn't let that moment bother my relaxed mood. But as I am posting this, it made me wonder... What do you think was the wiser way I could have responded to the situation?
