Pokemon Crossbreeds: Cat Tail

Cat Tail is the breed name for members of the Ninetales line whose father is a member of the Delcatty line. The breed got its name from the little things they gain on their tail. It is a breed favored by people who use pokemon as pets because of their relaxed and docile nature.

Vulpix

Cat Tail Vulpix going the traits of Skitty such as the fur pattern and three little skitty tail extensions on their mid tail. While Vulpix are known for being skittish and avoiding people, since these Vulpix are mostly found in urban areas, they are less afraid of humans and may even come up to play with them, even if they are a wild mon. They like to chase their tail extensions around, but they don't like others touching them.

Ninetales

(Putting both the purple and orange fur Variant up bcuz both are pretty common)

Cat Tail Ninetales gain the traits of Delcatty, most notably the neck pillow (which is actually just fat, fun fact) and the tulip-shaped extensions on the tails (they are on all tails, but the pose that Kantonian Ninetales is in just hides them). Like Delcatty, these Ninetales spend much of their day sleeping. They hate to be woken up and will growl at you if you're lucky and blast a fireball or ice ball at you if you aren't. Like their previous evolution, they like to chase their tails around but hate it when others touch them.

Safe to breed? Vulpix + Skitty, Vulpix + Delcatty, and Delcatty + Ninetales is all safe.

Did you know that the Seel line can be found in Alola and Galar? During the winter months of the antarctics, the seel and dewgong living there migrate aalllll the way down to places like Galar and even Alola! They've been doing this for a while, too! Did you know that, in Alolan mythology and folklore, Primarina are said to be from a man that was given a half-human-half-pokemon child by a Dewgong? The story is called "The Man and th Sila Keʻokeʻo." Granted, they didn't really have a full understanding of what they were at the time since they only saw them once every year, and they tended to avoid beaches because of humans- but they were there! But sadly, because they only come once a year, the pokedex doesn't count them as being found in Alola :(."
