#ice tea

You’ll need:

A gallon of water – to brew the tea

5 black tea bags – Used to represent cleansing

2 cups of sugar – to sweeten the tea

Ice – to cool down the tea

A pot – to boil the water

A separate container – to make the rich sugar syrup

Instructions:

Start by measuring out 1 cup of water from the gallon and set it aside.

Add the remaining water to your pot.

Heat the water until its just before boiling.

Focus on the following intent: “The antioxidants in this tea cleanse me.”

Put all 5 teabags into the pot of water and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the teabags and set aside.

Microwave the cup of water set aside until its just before boiling.

In a separate container add your 2 cups of sugar and the cup of hot water.

Cap the container and shake it until the sugar fully dissolves.

Pour the rich sugar syrup into the gallon.

Slowly add the tea into the gallon.

Allow to chill for a few hours in the fridge before serving with ice.

You can optionally add lemon to your tea for additional cleansing benefits.
