His father wasn’t in the picture, i wouldn’t put it out of question if his mother was assaulted in the first place and thats how she got pregnant. That would probably add this complex relationship she had towards him. Mutated demon baby that she never wanted in the first place but she loved him anyways when no one else did. Sukuna didn’t speak ill of her ever but her love wasn’t ever enough to make him think differently. That makes me think she still had a deep rooted disgust towards Sukuna but he never put that against her. The first person ever to love him and reject him, you can imagine what that had done to Sukuna’s preception of love. She probably died quite early in his life too and he managed to survive only because of his insanely good understanding of jujutsu.

He probably loves being cradled, head in a lap and caressed until he dozes off. He loves that gentle non sexual affection from Satoru because Staoru probably has soft palms like his mother had.
