Til the end of my days...
Willa: (sighs) The weatherās so nice today. It reminds me of the good old days where we spent our summers, roaming the woods and swimming in the lake. Reed: Heh, I wouldnāt really call it swimming though. It was more like you holding on to my body as I swam everywhere ahahah. Willa: Hhahaha, that is true.....hey, can I ask you something? Reed: You know you always can. Willa: Well, Iāve been waiting for the perfect time to do it, but I just didnāt know how to. Iām not good with worā Reed: Youāre not breaking up with me, right? Because this would be some shit timinā Willa: No, you dum-dum! Ā I just (groans) god, this is so hard to say without getting all choked up. Reed: Babe, youāre not dying are you? Willa: No, you butt. This isnāt some Nicholas Sparks movie. O-Okay, Iām just going to come out with it. Reed: Okay, shoot. What is it? Willa: I love yoā Reed: I think that has already been establiā Willa: And I want to spend the rest of my life with you...
Reed: Are you seriously asking me to marry you? Iām dreaming, right? Please tell me this isnāt a dream. Willa: I am. I really want to marry you (lets out a nervous laugh)Ā Wow, I finally said it...Iāve been thinking of this moment for a year now, and itās finally happening. I love you, Reed. When you came into my life, I was in a really dark place. Even when I pushed you away, you still wanted to be my friend. I just want to thank you for just listening to me rant about everything, for always being there for me, and for just being your goofy self. You were there for me when I really needed someone. I love you so much, Reed, and I want to love you until the end of my days. Reed: Bloody hell, Willa. You got me crying over here (wipes tears) I never thought you would be asking me to marry you...I thought you said that marriage wasnāt for you.Ā Willa: I know I said that, but I thought more about it. I thought about how important marriage is to you and how much you make me happy. When Iām by your side, I feel safe and warm. You know how people sayĀ āhome is where the heart isā, well thatās what you are to me. I know Iām not the greatest at being romantic or expressing my feelings like you are, but I want to, for once, make you as happy as I am when Iām with you. When I said that, we were still in the beginning stages of our relationship. I had many doubts about us, but it was mostly because of me. I didnāt want to get hurt again. Ellie really screwed me up. She made me feel so horrible about myself. I thought I didnāt deserved to be loved by someone. She completely wrecked me. Then you came into my life with your stupid beautiful smile. You helped change my view on love and showed me how to fully love someone. Reed: (practicallyĀ bawling his eyes out) O-oh god, there goes the water works again. I just canāt keep it together today, hahah. Got me all gobsmacked, Will. I donāt even know what to say to that. I canāt tell you how many times I wanted to propose to you. There were so many moments where I just wanted to whip out the ring I made you and pop the question, but I knew how you felt towards marriage. I didnāt want to scare you away so I hide the ring away and forgot about it. I always thought we were just gonna be one of those couples that never got married and I would still be happy. Willa: Jokes on you, huh? I actually found the ring by chance. The box was in one of your old dress shoes for some odd reason, hahah....So Reed Tetsuya Azahara, will you let me have the pleasure of waking up to your face everyday until the end of our days? Reed: Do I need to even say my answer? You can probably tell by how much I just bawled. Of course, I will. God, I canāt stop crying right now. Willa: Itās okay because I am too haha. Happy Anniversary, babe. Reed: (sniffles) I wonder how the next one is gonna go.
