The resistance of fear only increases fear itself. That thing we are afraid of, is only a possibility. Connect with the present. If you can really BE in the current moment, in the NOW, you won’t have that fear. It’s only in the future and regret is in the past. Don’t think and worry about the things you don’t have or might not have, rejoice for those you do have right now. What’s great about right now.
