💭 DAY 1: MANTRA - I AM DIVINE. I AM GOOD. I AM HUMAN. 💭 💭 Today’s mantra let me reflect on the past few days and how much of it was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, trying to express myself out loud with words. My go-to mode of expression is not out loud with words and sometimes that lack of use of that particular muscle is very obviously hindered. So today is the start of looking at ways to change that.
