#i've decided

Whatever it is, I'm slowly, slowly getting over it. Too slowly. I got shit to do.

My elderberries have started ripening. Since we only have the one this year, I'm putting them directly into the freezer. We might get enough to make like, some gummies or something. I do have another elder, but I wasn't able to plant it immediately because it's been so unforgivingly hot, and now I have to focus on perking it up because I thought my dad could look after it for me for a few weeks...... I can count on my dad for two things: To drive me pretty much wherever I want, and to be otherwise unreliable.

The library called today; they got my book! I'm assuming, since it's a loan, I won't be able to take it out. But it's just as likely that, because it's a reference book, I also won't be able to take it out. So I won't be able to get over there till Saturday. Which is annoying.

I've been having a very pleasant time poking at this Tumblr folk stories collection. I really just want to spend the next week at the library from open till close, working on the actual typeset. It's been way too long since the last time I made a new typeset, largely because my printer seems to resent me for moving, and now we don't even have wifi so.....fuck me.

I actually have a print job that I would fucking love to print out right now. It's one that I really want to go all in with like, foils and a really beautiful, elaborate cover that would totally not be my style. Then I also recently made public one of my Sailor Moon archive/collection/hoards. I should really save that text and work on it as well. That's a project I actually could use my laptop for, since it's all text.

It might be for the best that I can't print the Tumblr stories right away. I don't know how long the text is all the stories is going to be. I don't know if the comics are going to need to be their own volume.

I made a mistake printing Mirrors as I went and I really wish I'd made my copy two volumes.

i have this little tradition of searching for "international male" on ebay every once in a while to see if can score some metrosexual swag from the wreckage. and last week i succeeded.
