To our fans who have always supported us, we apologise for surprising you with this unexpected announcement.
CHiCO with HoneyWorks will take a break after the tour in April.
In 2014, I won the grand prize at the 'Utakatsu!' competition and auditioned. It's been eight and a half years since we debuted as CHiCO with HoneyWorks.
I still remember the scenes of my first recordings and solo live performances. I'll never forget the joy and nervousness that made my heart burst when my song was first played on TV and in cinemas. I will never forget it and I still feel the same way. I was an inexperienced person at the time who didn't know what was right and what wasn't, but now I can sing my song with pride thanks to
Thanks to everyone at HoneyWorks and the band members who supported me in a kind and sometimes tough way.
My fans have seen my miserable parts and the parts where I have grown through my activities… Thank you so much for supporting me lovingly all these years.
For these eight and a half years of activity, in order to continue singing the songs I love so much
I want to face more music and take on more challenges. In order to improve my skills as a CHiCO vocalist
I am starting a solo project where I always wanted to challenge myself.
I think there will be many times in the future when I will face new obstacles and stumble in my challenges.
I am still the type of person who learns by falling, as I have since my debut, so I will keep gaining more experience and I will keep working hard so people can see my increased strength!
When CHiCO with HoneyWorks comes back, I hope we can once again deliver the music of CHiCO with HoneyWorks with all our strength!
I know some of you haven't caught up with our feelings yet. We hope that you will witness more CHiCO challenges in the future.
First of all, we are going to start the Zepp tour 2023 in February 「ⅰは自由で、縛れない。We'll give it our all, so look forward to it!

Pringles taste different in Asia. You would think a world renown food company could keep a recipe consistent, but the Sour Cream and Onion Pringles I bought in the Family Mart under my temporary apartment taste different. First, their size is noticeably smaller. Then there’s the lack of saltiness coating my tongue. There’s even a little something missing from the crunch. When I buy a pringle I have expectations. A lifetime of emotional dependency is determined by my pringle consummation. Why am I here again?
