Work is so tiring especially when you realize you were given two dozen cases from the same idiot from Seattle, even cases that should not be handled by your team and with little to no info. Some cases don't even come with a simple note on what the fuck the issue even is. Does this idiot think we're wizards at the tech team?? Does he think we can read the code to figure out what the client wants? Our AHT got shot through the roof because of this dumbass from Seattle. It doesn't matter how fast we work these cases, this bastard from Seattle already put 2 weeks on all of them before passing it onto us like a curse. Fuck this bitchass from Seattle.
