sado-kun, its so dark....... D:
Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea to bring her here.
With the almost stifling darkness, Sado could tell that she was having great difficulty following after him. Ichigo had been too busy to join them and Ishida was in the midst of a long study session when Sado attempted to invite him. Tatsuki and the others had gone up ahead of them–mainly Tatsuki was chasing after Keigo and Mitsuiro was barely paying attention, swiping idly at the screen of his phone. The Haunted House had been Keigo’s idea, and while it seemed fun in theory, Sado could tell why the place was so deserted. The lukewarm, almost uncomfortable humidity (summer was so close now) and the lackluster scares were only a couple of the longlist of problems. However, he remained optimistic, keeping quiet and Tatsuki and Keigo began complaining, which soon turned into bickering between them.
As the Fullbringer watched the other three high-schoolers of their group take off ahead, he glanced back slightly at the sound of Inoue’s voice. It was dark, it’d taken him awhile to grow accustomed to it. Unlike Inoue, though, he’d avoided running into walls or other people. Sado paused, watching the Healer for a few moments longer. “Here.”
He took a hold of her wrist, so thin and small in his palm, and pulled her gently towards his side. “Sorry, Inoue. I’ll walk slower. So we can stay together.”
