I also think it's rather hypocritical of her to condemn people writing happy, wholesome Encanto fanfics when she has written some very yikes things far darker than the source material or just straight up messed up. IE, THC's....disturbing arc with Anduin and the whole thing when she said Rey would kill herself after Aliana died. And even the stuff she has written that can be considered to be happy and wholesome is tainted by the fact it's only a small part of those bigger stories that have the super messed up content on them.

I don't really know where I was going with this, I was just rambling and getting it off my chest. I'll try and figure out how ti explain it better in another post possibly.

Lily gets mad at people writing edgy works, and then goes off proclaiming that she only writes wholesome lesbian stuff, but there isn't a single work I can point to where that statement is true.

She's suddenly getting mad that people are writing wholesome, happy works, when that was what she's been advocating for forever. It feels like she's trying to make a fuss where none really exists.

Adding onto that, with the way she's been acting and trying to remain relevant, she's actually slipping further away from her goal. She has become a bogeyman so to speak, and most fandoms are just aware enough of her that when she shows up, people can't help but get upset.

Also y’all clearly aren’t following Horikoshi’s writing if you truly believe the heroes are “all good” and the villains are “all bad”. Horikoshi has been trying to show over and over again that the hero society is rotten to it’s core and Deku’s generation may actually be able to change that. It’s all actually very good writing and its grey af.

Gran Torino did not deserve to die but he was not perfect, he was not all good and towards his end he realized some of the mistakes he made. Shigaraki while definitely being a villain and truly a bad person is also a victim, everyone that possibly could have saved him chose not too including many heroes.

soooo y’all can stop trying to get on a moral high ground and let people enjoy things, people are allowed to sympathize with the villains, people are allowed to root for them because Horikoshi’s writing is good!! That’s not a bad thing!!! Stop showing your asses trying to claim the villain stans just like the LOV’s because “they’re attractive or people like to infantalize them” when that’s clearly not the case.

Also I didn’t forget when Twice died none of y’all let people who liked his character peacefully mourn because he was a “villain” and he “deserved to die” and Hawks was “justified”when that was clearly once again not the case.
