I didn’t eat last night because my dad was downstairs and then when he went upstairs to sleep I tried to go down and eat but I swear I heard breathing and I couldn’t do it so now my iron is low. like really shaky low. I dropped my dogs’ food bosl that had barely anything in it (my dad forgot to get them more food i really hope he does today) but it went all over the floor and yeah i don’t feel good

It's so bad but I can't stop fucking laughing, I can't fucking breathe, we take my blood pressure to make sure it's not too high because of my ADHD meds and it's fucking 30-40 below how where it's supposed to be
WE HAVE TO KEEP FUCKING CHECKING BECAUSE IF ITS CONSISTENT WE JAVE TO GET ME CHECKED FOR HYPOTENSION 😭😭😭
I can't even be upset, so much of my body has been absolutely fucked up recently I can't stop fucking laughing, IM IN HIGHSCHOOL, I SHOULD NOT HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF HYPOTENSION, ASJSJHSJSJAHDGHSHSHS
I have to take a salt pill three times a day to help keep my blood pressure up (I have chronic hypotension & two dysautonomias), and depending on how I’m feeling sometimes instead of taking it like a pill I will suck on it like a hard candy then chug water afterwards. And I think that’s so funny because it’s a whole gram of salt and most people would probably find it nauseating but to me this is so good that it feels like I’m being raised from the dead.
A word of advice to my fellow hypotensive people: idk if any of y'all knew but hibiscus lowers blood pressure. So if you're hypotensive like me with your normal BP being ~90/60 and dumb enough to drink a bunch of super concentrated karkade/agua de Jamaica because "it tastes like sour candy" you might, in fact, meet the shadow man
I want to be a disability advocate/activist who empowers people with disabilities, being able to say to able-bodied people that "disabilities are nothing to be ashamed of!" and "my disabilities are who I am, I wouldn't be the same without them!" but i can't. I would trade *anything* to not have chronic illnesses.
I hate the fact that I am at the hospital multiple times a month. I hate that they can never get to a conclusive diagnosis since so many of my results come up "inconclusive". I hate that i get flare-ups in the evenings, but when I get to the hospital for them the doctors can't find anything. I hate that so many of my illnesses actively work *against* eachother, placing my body in some kind of limbo of symtoms that are irregular but not conclusive enough to test. I hate that I can't do things I used to be able to do. I hate that it feels like im lying all the time.
I want to be active. I want to be social. I want to be free of pain. I want to be healthy. I want to be normal.

i'm taking my blood pressure a few times a day to make a chart to show the Dr that I STILL have hypotension and not everything wrong with me is caused by the ONLY deficiency they found out and regulated
