I have this weird insecurity that my friends don't actually remember my disorders and don't recognize when I'm acting unlike myself (like when I'm hypomanic) but I feel like such a loser demanding attention when I DO bring up that I might be having an episode like. UGHHHH I wish there was a way they would just. Know.
I've luckily not done anything SOCIALLY self-destructive but if I do I don't want them to take whatever I do at face value and assume it's how I really think or that I'm saying it in a sound state of mind
do you know how EMBARRASSING it would be to just say so in the friend GC??? like "hi guys I'm going through an episode" ID SOUND LIKE SUCH AN ATTENTION WHORE.
