12. What's your favorite kind of hypnotic induction?

My absolute favourite type of induction is honestly a conversational one where i don't even really realise it's happening :p

Like I'll be starting a session with a hypnotist and they start a standard induction and get "sidetracked" and tell a story or talk about something else all while still throwing in the right words and maybe a subtle anticipation for something, and i get so engrossed in what they're saying that when the drop comes it's both inevitable and surprising and i realise suddenly that I've been waiting for it for lile fifteen minutes without even realising because i was so focused on what they were saying thinking it was something else :p

Just becoming exactly what I’ve desired.

To set aside the version expected of me.

To stop gripping tightly to every demand,

And place my trust in another’s hand.

Could you quiet the noise that fills my head,

And guide me where I’ve never tread?

Past caution and pride, past reason and fear,

Past every excuse I’ve held so dear.

Past the walls I’ve built mile by mile,

Until all that’s left is a peaceful smile.

Leaving old expectations behind.

Curious to discover what I might find,

If someone could take me so deep…
