After four months of only being able to attend one dance fitness class a week because the other leisure centre studio needed a new ceiling or floor or both, I finally got back to doing four classes this week...Only to pull something in my right hip this morning 🙃 The hip has been bothering me since late January, and it's always clicked and ground (and according to an exercise instructor ten years ago I have an impingement but I never got that checked by a medical professional), but it mostly only bothered me when I was sitting down or laying on my right side. Now though, after what I did this morning, it hurts when I walk. I'm not good at being injured because I get really bored, so I will keep walking around and dancing but not being an idiot about it, and hopefully it'll fix itself 😅 I'll be waiting like a month for a GP appointment anyway. I'm also not doing the bullshit thing of blaming being 30 cause that's not old but some people say it is and I'm like nah I'm gonna live to be like 90.
