Met a lady who’s been widowed for several decades, her husband left her with a cute little house on several acres of land. Developers have come in and have been hounding her for years because the land valuation is stupid high--one of the few women who can say she literally has men tripping over themselves and breaking down her door to get to her and it not be an exaggeration 😂😫

Instead of out right selling it, she allows them to use it for whatever purposes and collects royalties on every single thing they sell.

THIS IS WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT
