Well, I'm sharing an edited version of @frankensonnet's Old Town.

First of all, I would like to state that this is Frankensonnet's work, that I have only edited it using CAW, that I have no intention of infringing on Frankensonnet's rights, and that Old Town belongs to Frankensonnet. And I would like to express my deep gratitude.

日本の家屋を建築するには非常に多くのCCが必要になりますので過去に私が作成したLotsは外しました。なので、NoCC、建築の難しい物のみ配置してます。 町役場等の公共の区画はありません。なので、ビルダー向けだと思います。

Since a lot of CC is required to build a Japanese house, I removed the Lots I created in the past. Therefore, I only place NoCC and difficult-to-build buildings. There are no public lots for town halls etc. So I think it's geared towards builders.

The beach has been placed without CC. Please decorate it as you like.

今回、道路のテクスチャー、全ての樹木の植え替え、新たな土地と区画の追加及び区画のリサイズ、日本風の住所へ変更しました。

桜を多く植えました。「ソメイヨシノ」という品種になるように置きかえModを使用しています。「ソメイヨシノ」は日本の桜です。

This time, I changed the road texture, replanted all the trees, added new land and plots, resized the plots, and changed the addresses to a Japanese style.

I planted a lot of cherry trees. I used a replacement mod to make them the "Somei-Yoshino" variety. "Somei-Yoshino" is a Japanese cherry tree.

Sakura replacement mod by @honobonoticさん(@rain-coat-aaame-info) I really recommend this

★64×64の区画はありません。最大で60×60です。 ★There are no 64x64 plots. The maximum is 60x60.

★日本の車両は左側通行なので、信号や標識はそれに基づいています。(間違って設置したのではないですよｗ) ★Vehicles in Japan drive on the left side of the road, so traffic lights and signs are based on that. (They weren't installed by mistake lol)

★重くなるので電線と郵便ポストは設置していません。 ★Electric wires and post boxes were not installed because they would be too heavy.

★全ての建物を配置したセーブファイルはありますが、使用しているCCがあまりにも多く、且つ全てを追跡できないため申し訳ありませんが配布はできません。

★I have a save file with all the buildings placed, but unfortunately I cannot distribute it because there are so many CCs used and I cannot keep track of them all.

Besides the world, I use many CCs in the game. I am very grateful because many Japanese creators have retired or left them alone.

This is another functional item for our pixel babies :) This time I made Hydrangeachainsaw's Baby bear bath seat as funtional bath tub for toddlers.

Credits belongs to @hydrangeachainsaw for cute bath seat mesh. @zoeoe-sims for Funtional Washboard mod script, which made this tub funtional and of course @thesweetsimmer111, for her amazing and lovely animations.

Low-medium poly - 2,9k (reduced from 6k)

Install

There is 2 ways how to make bath seat functional, it depends if you have zoeoe Funtional Washboard mod or not, so:

If you do NOT HAVE:

Download HYDRA Baby Bear Bath Seat (functional), place HYDRA_Baby_bear_bath_seat_functional.package in Mods/Packages, and zoeoe_FunctionalWashTub_resources_Override.package in Mods/Overrides folder

Also download Zoeoe Funtional Washboard mod, you need only zoeoe_FunctionalWashTub_resources.package, put it Mods/Packages

And here you go, baby bath tub should work now :)

If you HAVE zoe22 Functional Washboard mod (and actually using it):

Download HYDRA Baby Bear Bath Seat (functional), place HYDRA_Baby_bear_bath_seat_functional.package in Mods/Packages. You only need this. DO NOT put zoeoe_FunctionalWashTub_resources_Override.package in Mods/Overrides. Otherwise, you can't do laundry anymore. As for baby bath tub, you will have options doing laundry in it too, but I suggest - don't. This bath tub isn't adjusted for laudry stuff so things would look really weird if you do so.

I've also put a couple of decorative lots in my world. They have no functionality, they're just to fill up some empty spaces. The house objects were created by @hydrangeachainsaw! All credit to them, I just stuck the objects on some small lots and used terrain paint :)

Across the road from Franklin Market, at 4 Main Street, is yet another space designed to look like a multi-shop lot. 

Unlike Franklin Market, this lot was actually designated a community spot, part of it blocked from sim access by markers and the rest set up as The Sea Salt and Algae Salon for @one-plumbob​‘s Pleasant Isle.

Now, I don’t typically use salons, and even with @phoebejaysims​’ hair dresser mod, I don’t see myself playing around with the profession in my Audre save. I did, however, immediately love the Barbie doll pink of SS&A and thought it had the perfect bones for an upscale bar or night club.

Up until this point, I’d never built a club or really renovated one. For whatever reason, I’d convinced myself it was a difficult venture not worth trying out. I mentioned in my Pet Stop post, though, that I found out exploring new build challenges tapered my gaming anxiety. Thus, after toying with the dj booth in A Farming Town Tropical Vacation and realizing I wanted more time with the object, I settled on turning this section of the lot into a dance club.  

So I changed SS&A’s lot type and eventually edited the name to The Sea Salt Strip, and after thinking about what else to build here, the lot was put aside as the space for two establishments: “Pastel: bar and dance club”, and “Crafter’s Paradise” i.e. Audre’s art supply store.

Today I’ll focus on Pastel, a three story (I’m counting the basement) spot, where love interest sometimes dj’s and works as a part-time mixologist.

Here’s a closer look at the entrance:

I didn’t change the basic design or color scheme. I moved or removed doors, added, knocked down, or repositioned some walls, but overall stuck with the plastic femme vibe.

The light fixtures are mostly all the same, save for one or two ceiling lamps and @hydrangeachainsaw​‘s Cyberpunk 2077 conversions (found over on their Patreon), which I have been dying to use. I even kept some of the potted plants and furniture, only changing the patterns here and there.

I was going to keep those dark wood floors. I’m thinking now that I might either recolor the wood black, or put down some seamless flooring colored the same as that marble pattern, so the style spills out from the front of the bar.

The final shot is of the sitting area near the stairs leading to the basement bathroom (which, like the second floor bathroom I will not be sharing pictures of) and the unseen staircase to the upper sitting area and dancefloor.

I used a lot of patterns and colors that reminded me of 80′s and 90′s Mattel and off brand competing doll products on the couches and rugs. I don’t really use that style outside of clothing (kids mostly), so it was a nice change. I also used that rug from, I believe, Into The Future, an expansion pack I have, but haven’t really done anything with.
