Yes, once when I was eight or nine. But it was something that was always coming back to me and I kept putting it off, and then finally my mom found it under a bed and got rid of it (along with another abandoned object of mine). It was a picture I had had for a long time of this woman sitting on a couch doing something else, who I would recognize later in life (in one of my first "theater of the mind" visualizations) as a real person.

I remember it was from an old werewolf comic but I sadly cannot find it!
