Now I have a lot of OCs and most are shipped with Canon characters because why not? Seriously though I know that's not everyone's cup of tea so be warned.

Now I like unpopular characters like I wanted my Bakugan example was Hydron but honestly he's more popular with the fans now than he was when I was growing up. Now I'm noticing that Jake Vallory which I personally don't get. I've seen people say he's annoying and serves no purpose which I like really? Like okay maybe his storyline could have been given to somebody else but I find Jake pretty charming and likable plus I loved his relationship with his Bakugan. Honestly, I was more disappointed when he wasn't in Mechtanium Surge in fact honestly even though I don't hate Noah he's a more forgettable and more useless character. Heck, I don't remember the names of Team Anubius and Sellon I only remember Anubius and Sellon.

Not necessarily an unpopular character but an unpopular part of the franchise is Beywheelz and Beyraiderz. And yes, I love them to death. I was obsessed with them as a child. Why? I don't know if I can pinpoint an exact reason. I think the main reason I love them so much is I loved the whole multiverse aspect. Honestly despite the characters not being all that fleshed out, I love them anyway I even have an OC for Beywheelz.

Also, I'm mainly going to write for the Metal Saga because that's the one I'm the most familiar with. I have the most OCs for it and the most ideas. Like I love Burst and I love the original series and I like X a lot but I just really don't have a lot of ideas for them. Plus I would need to go back and watch the entire burst franchise and honestly I just don't feel like it. Like that was like Eight seasons I think?! Yeah as much as I love it, I'm not rewatching eight seasons anytime soon. Also, when it comes to the original series, I just don't think there's a lot for me to write. I like the original series despite it not being what I first watched.

Monsuno is one of those shows I loved growing up I was obsessed and I wanted a Monsuno sooooo bad! But now that I'm older and I've rewatched all of Monsuno, it's not as good as I remember. I don't think it's bad by any means, but the writing definitely was not great. Especially considering the show constantly tried to portray the main character's dad, Jeredy, as this good man who loves his son, but he's keeping secrets from him. Well actually Jeredy kind of sucks as a dad. Not only is he keeping secrets from him, he's actively gaslighting his son or forcing his son's friend to help gaslight him.

Now for pokémon I wouldn't say I have well okay. I do have an unpopular character that I love but pokémon Black and White. That's mainly what I'm going to be focused on. I'm going to be rewriting the black and white anime because as flawed as it is, I love it. I grew up watching it so it has a special place in my heart. And I just love love love my boy Trip. I wish they did more with him but he, in my opinion was fun to watch. I think he's very underdeveloped and I think him and Ash should have had more interactions than they actually do. But I love him. I love how snarky he is. I love his whole thing with the camera. I just I wish there was more okay. Also, I'm not a Cameron hater. I'm just going to put that out there. I think he's stupid, but I love him. He's an idiot, but I can't help but love him. I know people hate him because his Riolu evolved and beat Ash, and yeah, that was kind of cheap, but like, did everyone just forget what happened in Sinnoh? Tobias just showed up out of nowhere, has no personality at all, shows up with a bunch of legendaries, and wins the whole Sinnoh League. I'm just like, "What?" Cameron comes less out of nowhere. He has a personality and that personality is he's an idiot but at least he's friends with Ash and has somewhat of a character and doesn't have a full team of legendaries. He's just an idiot who got lucky.

Now I feel like you should be sensing a pattern here for Slugterra. I recently—well, not that recently, but more recently—rewatched Slugterra. To my surprise, it actually still holds up pretty well. The writing was pretty good. Some episodes were better than others, but honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I still really enjoyed it. Some of the later episodes are definitely not as well written but I still very much enjoyed when Junjie was introduced and I love him to death. Plus I really did enjoy the Eastern caverns even if they could have been fleshed out more. Now it really should be no surprise who I love the most when it comes to Slugterra.....yeah it's Twist and Tad. Shocking, I know but you know what I think both of them are interesting and could use more development.

Yu-Gi-Oh, now honestly, the Waking the Dragons Arc isn't even that unpopular anymore. It's actually well-liked, I would say, nowadays. That being said, I still see people giving Alister a lot of crap for honestly not very good reasons. Part of it honestly, I partially blame the English dub even though I think Alister's brother, being kidnapped/ missing could work. This is 4kidz we're talking about they only did that so they could work around the whole death thing and considering the rest of his backstory is very much sanitized as well like the fact that they changed it from a war to Gozaburo Kaiba forcing people out of their homes with tanks. Granted both versions are still pretty messed up I'm not going to lie not sure what they were really thinking. It doesn't help that Rafael and Valon's backstories were butchered by the English dub. I still haven't forgiven them for that. I will say it: when it comes to unpopular things in Yu-Gi-Oh, the thing I'm the biggest fan of is Zexal, which fan opinions have been changing on for a while now. I remember when it came out and everyone hated it. Except for me, I even had a little emperor's key necklace that's how much I love the series. I really enjoyed Arc V despite its numerous flaws. I thought it was a very enjoyable series, and I loved the characters in it. The ending, however, pretty much ruined the series. Seriously, they had to fix it via Duel Links, which I appreciate, at least.

The final thing I'm really going to talk about is the Percy Jackson franchise now for those of you who know me or have seen Percy Jackson related stuff on my main blog. Then you know I am a fan of the character Octavian why? Honestly I just feel like he was done dirty by Rick therefore, I write a lot for Octavian. I think he was wasted potential and a victim of bad writing.
