HAVING EPIPHANIES ABOUT CHICKEN KIEVS/GARLIC BUTTER.
Here's an idea. Chicken Kievs right? They're chicken filled with garlic buttery deliciousness, but they never have enough of the tasty ooze within.
So a lot of people will have their kiev on a bed of rice to soak it all up, but if you have too much rice then some of it doesn't get oozed.
So, and hear me out here; what if you cooked the rice IN a garlic butter ooze? Then, at the end of it all, if you still have ooze on your plate/in your bowl/on your ikea serving paddle/etc. you can mop it up with any one of a number of bready sides; Naans, dinner rolls, GARLIC BREAD!?
Imagine mopping up garlic butter WITH a piece of garlic bread.
