I JUST REMEMBERED THE WORLD OF SEVERUS SNAPE AND I FEEL SO HAPPY RN FOR SOME REASON?? AHHH I LOVE HIMM

I hate that they casted a black actor to play Snape in the new series (not that imma watch it though, fuck jkr) because it is only more problematic??? Like you could've made any other character black, for example, McGonagall, to show there can be black women in power but you chose to cast someone black to play a character that is constantly shown as bad, that harry doubts without proof of anything, that plays with the dark arts and was bullied by the marauders which not only shows them as bullies but also racists, I don't mind a black actor, but I do think there were better options for this, idk
