Il est temps de laisser le passé derrière soi et de rugir ! 🦁 L’arrivée de la nouvelle lune depuis hier soir est le signe de ce nouveau départ que j’attendais et préparais. Après des années de chaos, la vie a peu à peu commencé à se reconstruire depuis le début de l’année et j’ai le sentiment d’enfin arriver à ce moment où un tout nouveau livre vient d’être écrit, et il ne tient plus qu’à moi d’avoir le courage de l’ouvrir et aller découvrir ce qui se cache à l’intérieur. 🌚🌟 Je me suis retrouvée, recréée, ré-alignée avec qui je suis, telle une constellation qui viendrait de trouver sa parfaite disposition. Je suis prête à laisser ma nouvelle empreinte sur le monde, celle qui signe à quel point les choses ont changé. 🐾💫⠀ ⠀ 🧡 Les puristes resteront sceptiques, mais à cette occasion, je vous partage une recette tout aussi flamboyante que cette saison sous le signe du Lion ~ une tortilla épicée végétarienne au chorizo vegan et aux poivrons rouges ! ⠀ ⠀ • It’s time to leave the past behind and roar ! 🦁🌚🌟 I have found myself again, recreated myself, and realigned with who I am, like a constellation that would just have found its perfect disposition. I am ready to leave my new print on the world, that which signs how much things have changed. 🐾💫⠀ ⠀ #HowTow <spicy veggie tortilla> 👩🏻‍🍳 #MariesKitchenCrew⠀ - Cut the potatoes in thin slices, the red pepper into small cubes, and the @wheaty_france vegan chorizo in semicircles.⠀ - Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a pan and brown some onion flakes.⠀ - Add the potatoes and red peppers & season with salt, pepper, paprika and chili pepper. ⠀ - Stir well and pour in some water mixed with a bit of oat milk to help the veggies cook, and leave them until they are tender, making sure nothing burns (you may cover your pan so the cooking is quicker).⠀ - Towards the end of cooking, add the vegan chorizo, and cook for a few more minutes. ⠀ - In the meantime, beat the eggs and add to the pan.
