Yudel Blanco Alejo, NP, is a bilingual (Spanish-English) provider with nearly two decades of experience in primary care, offering comprehensive, preventive, and patient-centered care. His mission is to make healthcare more accessible, understandable, and humane for the Hispanic community.

A graduate of the University of Medical Sciences of Cuba in 2006 with a degree in Medicine, Yudel arrived in the United States in 2016 and earned his Board Certified Nurse Practitioner certification, specializing in Family Medicine, from Miami Regional University. In addition to his strong medical background, Yudel is a kind and respectful person, always committed to the well-being of every patient under his care.

Walk in service available to established patient with minor illness up to 4 pm. We are available to you 24/7 , Accept all Insurances.

Dixie Pharmacy They are an independent pharmacy operating in our facility. They do provide delivery service as long as you have a Louisville Zip Code. Refills called in before 12 noon in most cases are delivered the same day. In - office fill request are delivered the next business day. Delivery days are Monday thru Friday

We are a group of Board certified Internal Medicine Specialists who have been in practice for over 20 years. Our practice has been doing Face to face visits at homes for those who are defined as “Home Bound”, Video visits, Phone calls, and is on call for our patients 24/7. The stability of our Private Practice, our personal long term relationships with our patients and families, and the many resources we have for them have maintained a steady flow of great outcomes, and results. We have a pharmacy that can deliver for free, many specialists/Home health/DME/Private caregivers we are networked with, Hospitalists we can call for assistance at any time, and a great relationship with the three major healthcare organizations in town. We even have specialists who can visit you at home. Our practice is not designed to be a concierge type of practice, but one that accepts all insurances. We can make exceptions, but most of our patients prefer the Insurance route. We quickly respond to your needs, and look forward to serving you and your family soon.
