The gifts I've received during my time of recovery have been sooo thoughtful. They say, "People don't have to be nice, but its' nice to have people who are nice to you." 😊🙂☺ Some of my favorite gifts have been these warm, plush blankets one from my TT Zerry Tillman and this candle from Teneille Knight! Shout out to Jamie Mayes for keeping my Wheat Thins in stock during inpatient rehab and keeping the health eats on deck! ☺🍊🍋 Learning how to receive has been a surrendering point in this process. Ooowee! The gray blanket was given to me by one of my nurses. She didnt know me from Adam, but told me how she appreciated my positive attitude and spirit. This blessed me, because at times I've felt there had to be mutual exchange in order for someone to give to me. My thoughts were, "I'm no one special.
