"Honestly, it's because you love me for me! Who I choose to be with all my crazy antics!" He grabs your wrist gently and pulls you in to kiss you softly.

You've gotten used to him passing out mid-meal and he's gotten used to having you next to him when he does so he's angled himself to fall into your arms when he passes out, resting comfortably on you until he's awake again (maybe a little longer if he can play it off, he just enjoys being held by you.)
