Going through CSA when I was 14, constantly being in phych hospitals, didn't used to get along with my family so lots of fighting.

What alter the most helps you with trauma 
If I'm being honest probably Nina idk why but she's very motherly towards me for some reason and she's always been there to comfort me when I didn't have anybody else she's also one of the alters I've had around for a long time so I'm really close with her she's so so sweet and the best person ever I'm not always happy having alters it really can be a lot but she's gotten me through a lot and I am so so thankful to have her in my life.
Are these alters of yours real and have you been diagnosed with it or a just for play? 
Yes they are real no we have not been diagnosed our psychologist knows about them and whole heatedly believes I have them he just isn't sure it's DID specifically but we have alters formed from trauma.

Maybe this is a hot fucking take but people have zero right to tell an SA survivor how to cope with their trauma and yes I'm talking about haunting Adeline and other dark romance books. The books are fictional and a lot of SA survivors develop CNC kinks including me reading a book does not fucking mean you support 🍇 at the fuck all and quite frankly it's nobody's fucking business what books people read I'm sick and tired of seeing people on tiktok shame victims for liking a fucking book if you don't like it that's fine but don't be a fucking asshole and quite literally bully and harass someone for what they fucking read or use to cope with trauma. Sorry for all the swearing but this has genuinely been pissing me off it's nobody's right to tell someone how to heal and if you think it is you can fuck right the fuck off.
